Hard Floor Care
Flooring is a significant investment, and it is the foundational decorative design of the interior of spaces. Flooring has to be maintained and cleaned regularly to keep up with its appearance and enhance its life span. Despite efforts to keep up with floor maintenance, prior to employing our services, our clients have found this to be challenging. Over time, hard surface flooring like ceramic tile and natural stone can become embedded with dirt, grease, and grime that regular cleaners and mops just can no longer remove, especially those hard to clean grout lines.
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Our hot-water extraction or steam cleaning process employs a heavy-duty hot-water extraction system from a mobile unit. Our dry extraction cleaner is a soft, natural product that is environmentally responsible and works in much the same way as an ordinary kitchen sponge. After a thorough vacuuming, a cleaning agent is applied and then agitated into the carpet with a soft brush. After about 15 minutes, the carpet is rinsed with a high-pressure jet of clean, hot-water, which is immediately pulled back into the reservoir with the dirt, grease, and oils released from the carpet.

Post-Construction Cleaning
After all the necessary installation of electrical work, plumbing, and framing, we are ready to conduct the first of three phases of post-construction cleaning. Removal of large items is the first and foremost step in the process. Debris, trash, leftover materials, and other items that cannot be vacuumed must be moved. The second phase is the most involved stage of the cleaning process. Rooms that serve unique purposes like restrooms and kitchen are thoroughly addressed. The final phase or the “touch-up’ phase happens several days after the second phase to ensure all settled dusts and dirt are removed. The final stage is designed to get the space ready for business.
